Create an account, choose categories, upload your evidence, pay securely through OnePay, and track judging from your dashboard.

- 04Payment of feePay your registration fee once you have finished selecting your desired categories.
- 05Follow judgingTrack round one, the shortlist, the pitch slot, and your score card in the dashboard.
What an entry contains
- Five written sections
- Idea, impact, differentiation, function, and innovation. Up to 300 words each.
- Project credits
- Up to five people or partners. Everyone named appears on the winner record and the certificate.
- Evidence pack
- Up to five files: dashboards, audit letters, research findings, or customer confirmation.
- Media
- One landscape hero image at 2000px or wider, plus up to ten supporting images.
- Demo link
- A working demo or app store listing, where there is one. Finalists record a ten minute pitch.
- Confidentiality
- Any file may be marked confidential; it is then seen only by the judging panel.
Entry fees
Fees are charged per category. A company may be nominated in as many categories as it wishes; there is no limit on the number of entries. All fees are non-refundable.
Simple and secure
Pay your registration fee once your categories are selected, by international card, domestic card, or QR transfer. Invoices and receipts are issued automatically from the entry dashboard.
Aksra Theatre & Pullman Bangkok King Power
Every entry leads to one evening. The Asia Awards Organization has staged its Winners’ Nights in Singapore, Bangkok, Seoul, and Vietnam since 2023, hosting founders, chief executives, investors, and industry press across the region.
In May 2027 the three programmes, AADA, AHA, and the Asia Tech Awards, are brought together at Aksra Theatre and Pullman Bangkok King Power for the inaugural technology season. The date is committed, the venue is booked, and winners are announced live on stage, photographed, and published the same week across the AAO network.
