Terms & conditions of entry
Version 1.0 · Applies to the 2027 season
Eligibility
Entries must relate to a product, initiative, team, or individual built or substantially developed in Asia, and must have been live, shipped, or in operation during the qualifying period stated in the category. The Asia Awards Organization may request evidence of eligibility at any stage.
Entry and fees
An entry is complete when all required materials are supplied and the category fee is paid. Fees are per category, are payable in US dollars through OnePay, and are not refundable once judging has begun. Withdrawn entries before the close of entries may be refunded at the organizer's discretion.
Judging
Judging follows the published criteria and weightings. Jurors declare conflicts of interest and stand down from affected categories. Scores are final; the organizer does not enter into correspondence about individual scores beyond the written score card returned to each entrant.
Accuracy of information
The entrant warrants that all statements, metrics, and materials submitted are accurate and that it holds the rights to supply them. A material misstatement discovered at any time may result in disqualification or withdrawal of an award.
Use of materials
Material not marked confidential may be used by the Asia Awards Organization and its media partners to report the awards, in the Hall of Fame Yearbook, and in award communications, with attribution to the entrant.
Use of the winner mark
Winners receive the official 2027 winner mark and may use it in their own communications, unaltered, alongside the correct category name and year. Nominee and finalist status may be stated in words but carries no mark.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The organizer may amend the calendar, category set, or criteria before entries open, and will publish any change on this website.
