What is collected
Account details (name, work email, company, market), entry content and uploaded files, payment status returned by OnePay, and standard technical logs. Card details are never received or stored by the Asia Awards Organization; they are handled entirely by OnePay.
Why it is collected
To operate the entry portal, administer judging, take payment, issue invoices, communicate about the season, and publish winners and finalists.
Who sees entry content
Entry content is visible to the awards office and to the jurors assigned to that category. Material marked confidential goes no further. Winner and finalist information may be published and shared with AAO media partners.
Retention
Account and entry records are retained for the season and for six years thereafter for audit and Hall of Fame purposes. Uploaded media may be retained longer where a winner's record is published.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may unsubscribe from programme communications at any time. Deletion requests that would remove a published award record are handled case by case.
